InflatorShield™
The InflatorShield is a quick, easy and efficient product for Road Closure sand Airlock systems. Each unit is 3.5m in length meaning it can close a whole lane with one InflatorShield, and when connected to multiple units in a run can fully close off an entire carriageway if needed. The units can be weighted down using the front and rear ballast trays with sandbags, fence feet and other methods to increase stability. Once inflated these units do not deflate, standing firm for as long as you need them to and even have quick release zips underneath the front reflective chevrons allowing for rapid deflation when time is critical.

- Further Velcro patch added to the front to incorporate the potential need for Road Closure signage additions
- Quick release zip added underneath the Chevron for rapid deflation
- Ballast trays added to both front and rear of units for extra weights (sandbags, fence feet etc.)
- Brass eyelet holes added to ballast trays for water drainage
- Clips on each end to allow for connecting multiple units in a run
- Double lined at the base for extra security on wear in harsher conditions
We also provide the pumps/blowers for these units if required, however can be used in conjunction with standard generators.

Standard delivery is only available to customers in mainland UK, The Scottish Highlands and other remote locations including the following post codes (AB,FK,IV,KA,KW,PA,PH,DD,KY) maybe liable for a additional charge. Please enquire with the sales office if your delivery location is outside of the mainland UK and you would like to be quoted.
A Small Order charge is applicable to all orders under £75.00
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm with special services available. (excludes bank holidays)
Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday-Friday are normally delivered next working day. However if your order is urgent, please select the "Guaranteed Next Day" delivery option at the checkout.
Please Note : When using our Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Service if your order contains bespoke or non stock items your order will not be dispatched until all stock becomes available.

Non stock and special items will have varying lead times dependant on the stock situation of the goods ordered, they also may be subject to a minimum order charge and additional carriage charges.
Estimated Despatch Dates
We use estimated despatch dates to give you an indication of when your items will be despatched and we try our best to accurately estimate these dates at the time of order. If you order is urgent or time sensitive please speak to our sales office who will gladly update you on your orders progress, or offer advice and information on possible alternatives.
Split Deliveries
We will send out all orders complete to help reduce our carbon footprint and to prevent waste from excess packaging. Split deliveries are only used when urgent goods are required before the completion of a full order, this option is not currently available on our website. If your order needs to be split, please contact the sales office to place your order over the phone.
Packaging
Recycled packaging is used as standard for all of our parcels. All of our orders are picked and packed using a bar-coded shipping system and all deliveries are made using electronically tracked vehicles.
